That is not what the letter said. It is a misinterpretation by those that want to see the outstation model disappear. The quote was "One topic we briefly touched on was an initiative that our mainline partners are undertaking to concentrate their regional partners’ flying by hub." This does not mean outstation basing is going anywhre. It means that mainline only wants a few regional operators in each hub.
Also, the most junior GSO FO has a hire date of early July.

6 months from now when these changes actually start coming then we'll see how RAH reacts. But one thing you left out from the sermon was that they wanted reserves and assets better utilized in those hubs. Having reserves in IND/CMH/GSO/MCI/SDF doesn't really meet that initiative so we'll see.
