Take some time and read Kelly's comments in an investor relations publication talking about "de-hubbing" Atlanta. He lays out the plan pretty concisely.
He has to. That's his job.

So, given that Kelly can explain away the ATL failure, should we now dehub DEN? How about dehubbing MDW? Surely BAL is ripe for a slim down.

Just because the General says it doesn't make it the best plan, it's just the current plan. The result is, was, and always will be the complete deconstruction (and demoralization) of Airtran. That should give you pause to consider what lies in the future for the RSW pilots. Flattish is just the beginning.
