Lxjt doesn't want FLIGHTLINE because they'd sacrifice QOL. LASA doesn't want smartpref because they'd sacrifice QOL. Something is fishy here. I think with the right work rules either one would work. Bottom line is, I'm not sacrificing QOL or compensation to work here.
At this point I would take flight line if we kept our "outliers" (catptain Tonys favorite management term he has adopted).
