It isn't about leverage. ASA pilots want to keep Flightline PBS because it is BY FAR a superior product with superior QOL, especially with the work rules we have negotiated. The XJT MEC would rather pi$$ away all the gains we worked hard for so they can merely claim victory in the Battle of PBS, and all combined ASA and XJT pilots would suffer as a result.

There is NO manual globalization. Do you even know what you're talking about? (That was rhetorical, as it is evident that you don't.)

The PWG doesn't globalize; they optimize QOL for the pilots. Our bid process is 100% transparent, unlike certain other PBS programs. You are awarded trips based on your preferences in sequential order. When your stated preference returns multiple trips (which you have stated are all equally desirable to you), the PWG has a hand in picking which trip you will get in order to optimize your schedule and that of the other pilots. At the end of the process you can see exactly how your schedule was awarded.

It's really not a hard concept to grasp. Therefore it's pretty obvious some XJT folks are on a misinformation campaign in order to deceive their constituents into thinking SmartPref is better for them.
