Im in a similiar situation except with incomplete 121 training. Between 2012 and 2014 I was going through a divorce. After removing my own phone from a wall and accidentally breaking the jack,my wife called police and i was arrested for criminal mischief misdemeanor reduced to a violation. I had to leave initial training at 2 companies due to custody battles. I left on good terms on each occasion. In fact my lawyers sent letters explaining why. I completed comair and chautauqua training previously and spent 4 years at chautauqua before all this started. No checkride failures etc. Squeaky clean prior. This can all be grouped into the divorce category and my persistence trying to make flying work during that time when i should have stepped back for a few years. Now with three incomplete trainings for a explainable reason, i wonder if i still have a shot. Currently a part91 captain
