I think it's obvious to the pdt guys that the route structure will change. A very large number of them have been begging for hub bases for years. And the TA guarantees continued Dash flying for the guys that have lived in SBY, CHO, EWN forever. The NC has tried to take care of everyone. The question is not the route structure, but are the pilots willing to play ball with the new industry standard (thanks PSA) to secure a future.
