I think a more meaningful number to measure individual Delta pilot productivity and QOL would be to figure out the average block hours flown per active line holder, and the average block hours flown per active reserve pilot. Also, how many days per bid month are we away from home.

The company can skew the numbers any way they want to make their case for a lack of productivity, but the truth is I am working more days and flying more hours than ever before.
