Not to mention if we get the 40 E-jets, we grow. For each additional 125 pilots added the flow goes up by 1 per month. At minimum, upgrade time decreases by half or more. Add in retirements and folks riding out the dash and 2 to 3 year upgrade would be commonplace and it would likely be lower than that. Flow also not likely to be minimum levels in a few years.
