Once in the interview process, it was up to the individual to earn the job, just as any other candidate. I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest you might want to dial it back, else you wouldn't make it through.
They have already EARNED the job and have been doing it for YEARS before being undercut and sold out by their union "brothers".
