The airplanes don't time out they start coming off lease

AWAC is privately held, thus no disclosure of the contract terms with Airways (now AAG)

According to Rankin at the beginning of this year, the contract doesn't just end with Airways, the term is indefinite but the rates reset. AWAC has bent over Airways for the past nine years and that is about over with.

The company is investing money into the operation. A couple years ago they put a good chunk of change into their online scheduling system, and apparently are seriously considering iPads into the cockpits of their planes. That is not the sign of a company who is wringing the last bit of profit out but you never know.

I'm not currently employed there, but was not too long ago.
