This seems like a very good AE to me, and has my hopes up again for some upwards FO movement out west. The numerous LAX and SLC spots, combined with NOT displacing or shrinking the ER and actually posting spots there, looks good.

Now if they will just actually AWARD this stuff they've posted, I might actually move up 1 spot for my first 14 years!
