You know nothing about our airline. We have just over 300 pilots. Out of the first 100 the most would be 50 going. In 4 years the pilots that are on the current List should be GONE!! If our fleet grows so does the flow. Not to mention not only do pilots want to go to American. Delta will be hiring 100 a month indefinite, United and JetBlue. It will go fast.
Plus there are so many people that live in base many don't want to commute.
So.. from what you said. It will take two years to get the top third of the list gone. how is that fast? There is enough spots at mainline for everyone in the next 10 years anyway. Why sell yourself short of your career potential earnings for a "guaranteed" spot at mainline. Without unity as a pilot group we are managements puppets.
