So just because the 3 reps happen to be off that day, they decide to schedule a vote AFTER the bids came out AND you need to be present at the meeting in LAS to vote when the MAJORITY of 77 pilots are based in DFW smells VERY ROTTEN to me. Typical MEC dirty politics we've seen over and over throughout the many years! I suggest that every 77 pilot write ALPA Membership (
[email protected]) and complain about this! Demand a vote in DFW as well!
Remember, the Interim Captain Rep will have a vote in the National President's election. So the Interim Rep does matter.
