Read my post more carefully. I'm against it only if its OUT of seniority.
And I'm not buying for one second your argument that displacing 747 captains is low cost. Especially if some of them will only be on the new equipment for a few months and then retire.
Get real. Management doesn't "fully fund" anything out of the goodness of their hearts. They are offering to do it because it
saves them money.
