If they want to "fully fund" the ER program then we need to know the cost difference between that and what the cost would be to displace or just leave the category fat until guys retire on their own. That difference should be divided equally among the rest of us and put into our 401K plan.

I think we should have just left the 117 negotiations and this ER deal alone and told them we'll talk about this stuff in 2015. The company is getting everything that gives us leverage out of the way so that they can run the operation for a few years during record profits without negotiating a new contract.
