I'm junior. I don't think we should force a pilot to displace "just because"; nor the guys beneath them that will displace in a waterfall. WTH, would you want someone to do that to you?
The junior 330/765 CA/FO's should be ****ed if they get displaced and the union could have prevented it without it costing a penny of PWA value to the pilot group.
The "bottom" of the 744 CA's are 58-60.. They will displace/stagnate portions of the 777/330/765 categories for 5-6 years. GREAT IDEA, let's do that!
I like things that move pilots off the top of the list without costing us anything, YMMV.
