Want a guess? 10 year NB and 15 year WB. Those are numbers close to a 2002 hire.
My guesstimate is that Albie's prediction is probably within +2 years of being correct; however, that's bidding Capt at 100%
...and anyone doing that, may find it a long slog working their way up to 80% in their respective Capt seat.
As already stated elsewhere, the QOL at FEDEX, for any commuter in the bottom 20%, may not be that desirable.
