Predicting where and when marketing is going to place time is a exercise in futility. The airframes are coming very fast and there will be plenty of block hours to fund increases in all 3 bases. There is also a bunch of upward movement ongoing and coming that can cause rapid changes. Pick the aircraft where you want to be based. There is no effective way to predict how time will fall out in the future.
