25% times 22ish million per percent. Do the math. For an early out that might cover 60ish pilots and allow pilots to move up to the 330 spots versus move down, you really think you can get a raise of that magnitude for parking 4 jets. I want those raises too, but GMAB, you would be laughed out of the room.
Now a few points on pay maybe given that we are going in to talks next year, but even then probably not.
