Go to a regional with larger RJ's (> 50,000#) and follow the normal career path, jumping to a boeing or airbus major asap. Once you get boeing/bus time and types you'll be in the ballpark for the ME carriers.
Maybe you'll get lucky and get hired on overseas with RJ time. If not, you'll have a career path in the US with additional opportunities to go to the ME if you still want to.. Majors should be hiring for a few years.
Do you have personal reasons for wanting the ME? Most US pilots only go there if they can't get the job or pay they want at home. There's things I like about the ME, but I'm sort of a special case and would never drag my family over there regardless.
