Opinion rant follows: Both are bleeding pilots, both can't hire to even cover attrition; neither can republic and they have lots of shiny E175's. Who cares how big they are? Who's going to do your flying if it's not you? A pilot is a valuable commodity these days. Management making pilots think it's about jets, and not about our wallets is the biggest scam ever perpetuated in my opinion.
