"A friend" I know went to DFW for the uniform fitting. This is what he said.

• Someone specifically asked about hats. For the "wear test" they are mandatory, however the jury is still out on if the entire pilot group would have to wear them.
• Color is indeed grey, charcoal-ish, they used some fancy word like "carbon rouge" or something to make it sound expensive. It's grey. Grey pants, jacket, and solid grey tie.
• The pants were a huge issue. The first word that came to his mind to describe them was "hipster". Think super skinny "slim fit" design. Ridiculous.
• Doubled breasted
• No mention of certain shoe types.
• The leather jacket is the best part. If we are stuck paying for the uniform he won't have one, he can easily see it running $300-$400. It's very nice.
• Still using white shirts. No worry there.
• Pilots had the best design. Some of the other groups were grey everything. Grey pants, jacket, shirt, tie, vest. Not a speck of color.
• Mid-2016 will be when they come out for everyone.

UAL's look nice. Which they would've just copied them and been done with it.
