I'm not saying it is or isn't our maintenance, but the failed part was certainly mechanical in nature. NWA

has very good maintenance people but things can get overlooked. They are only human.
The second recent divert was a combination (it's never just one thing) of mechanical failure combined with a fueler mistake that caused the divert.
Both situations will be handled accordingly and I feel properly.
