I see now! Your side had the vision to see that pay banding was the only way to prepare for the future. Guess that was JP's 10 year plan. Do you think he had the vision to see he wouldn't be involved in the combined MEC. I'd be surprised if he's been consulted on anything lately. You guys continue to re-write history to justify mistakes. Hopefully, the current MEC has the vision to improve and correct mistakes of the past and not just follow the lead of Delta.
