By association, all CDO's are unsafe, DCI does CDO's, therefore the flying is unsafe. I don't think it's true however, since CDO's done right, are not a concession, nor anywhere near unsafe. But, I do understand the whole, "If it's ALPA, it will favor the company" mantra.

Not trolling by the way, I only comment on the scope/DCI stuff, the rest is none of my business.
