We are not talking about pay baning in general. We are talking ahout why 319s and 320s are paid different rates, guppies paid at different rates, and 747s and 767-400s are paid at the same rate. Why a 757-300 is paid the same as a 767-300 and a 757-200 the same as a guppy.
This wasn't determined 13 years ago. This was our last contract where the LUAL pay rates were magically re-banded in a way to make an SLI argument (that didn't work).
Totally stupid.
