How long have you been at AWAC? If you are really just "in class" and already banking your career there then you have to research this industry a bit more.

Ive already posted my views on AWAC's future to much criticism. A lot of great people working there, I truly wish the best for everyone there and I still have very good friends that work there. I left after 5 years in 2010... it was not this uber well treating regional that people espouse here but it wasn't a bad job (it certainly wasn't a great one though). From my vantage point I still see the titanic rolling up to that Iceberg... I hope I am wrong, but I don't see a single thing that pops and says AWAC will be in business in 3-5 years.
