It would also be hard to do with runs where there is no air service directly to where they start. Such as Del Rio, TX. Unless you were to swap mid-week and hold everyone at the outstations over the weekend. Not only would it require a doubling of staffing, but it would require a massive increase in hotel/layover costs.

Ain't gonna happen unless UPS & DHL are willing to pony up a LOT more money.
