The 190 trips were worse than most of my regional schedules. I've done an 18 leg 4 day, and you only see BOS and LGA. The AB trips are a lot better of course, lots of different cities at downtown locations. I sat reserve for 6 months on the 190. Got held for like 2 months before AB training and held a secondary as soon as I finished OE. If your thinking AB vs. 190 I would just bid AB unless you like training. I only sat long call on the 190 and it wasn't that bad unless you got transitioned to short call.
