I also know that the core values are important. Myself and my lucky friend are a bit in the dark about the "tell me about a time" questions that jetBlue likes to ask. Any help is greatly appreciated and congrats to those who have an interview or class date.
I am no expert. I personally researched the company, it's values and how it focused on the customer and community. I was honest and thought about my answers to questions. I am pretty sure there is not a standard list of questions. I suspect they want to get to know the individual and if they will fit in the company and the pilot/HR team will do so by asking "tell me about a time" type questions. My 3 cents. Cheers.
