There are lots of areas we can focus on beyond straight rates. Pilots however tend to focus on those rates. I would like as a example to see night pay come back and theater pay for Africa and South America.
Minimum day instead of ADG. 5+15 anytime we go to work. Work being an airplane, a sim or a vacation day. Simple stuff like that.
