So if we see a 25% raise on day one but have SDP's I should vote no? I don't want to have to make the decision to vote yes on a contract that is otherwise good but has SDP's snuck in. We shouldn't even have anything about those in the survey or in C2015. I thought they already figured out we didn't want those. They keep coming up because the company really wants them.
