Mark my words, several years from now, no one will be able to agree which side of this mess caused us more damage in our battle to reach parity with our peers. Two things will be for sure, it will have cost us all hundreds of thousands of dollars over the life of our careers due to delayed and lowered achievements, and Miramar will laugh at how little they had to do to make that happen.
We can't agree on all issues, this group is to big, to diverse for that. But going forward
we need unity as our negotiators face off with management. Grudges held over from 2010 will only make the above prediction come true. Put the past in the past. Let's let our negotiating team know what we expect in 2015 through email, phone calls, Wilson poling, etc.
