Nobody has said that Alfa. Are you not paying attention at all? Pilots don't pay, they get paid...therefore pilot costs aren't borne by pilots. When management described TA2012 as "Cost Neutral", that's all they said. They didn't elaborate, but it could only mean cost neutral to Delta. In other words, C2012 has brought them no additional cost.

See above, you're not paying attention. I'm not arguing anything here, I'm asking whether C2012 was actually "value neutral" to Delta pilots. There's no question it was cost neutral to Delta. But the only way we can know whether C2012 provided a net gain for pilots is to see the delta between costed gains and costed concessions. Both management and DALPA (not that there's any difference) refuse to do that thus far.
