The envoy pilots will one day need a PSA jumpseat, there is probably Envoy crews that use PSA at this very moment to go home and see their families.
Also think of newly hired Envoy and PSA pilots who have no bone in the fight because they are brand new to the industry. Are they at fault too? Of course not, people need to go home, and see their families, why would you take that away from someone?
Of course they're at fault, they chose to help crew the undercutters at PSA that voted for concessions when everyone else(at Envoy, Silver, Expressjet, and Republic) was voting NO to stop the profession's decline!
