very few have had trouble, no higher than non flow throughs. in a program that everyone says is the hardest, at an airline where extra sim time is no big deal at all, a very small percentage of sim hours have been allocated. my only hiccup in training so far was last night when I had to leave the simulator due to a medical emergency at home. Thankfully everything is fine and AA puts family first.
