Yes we have been dealing with him. You learn the way management works and you adjust to save your job. Sometimes it's not what you want, but a small raise here was better than $275 a week on unemployment. I have a family and that wasn't an option for me. I'm truly sorry this is happening to Eagle (still can't get used to Envoy) but just like you said, you couldn't afford the TA offered to you. It all falls down to what is personally best for you and you have to make a decision based on your own needs. When dealing with the last TA here this risk/reward margins were more than I was comfortable with. We had 49 airplanes and 500 pilots. I personally was backed into a corner that was more than uncomfortable in regards to paying my mortgage and putting food on the table. You can't always get what you want so sometimes you have to settle and take what you need.
