Also, MT is moving all of his people into the same room as Flight Ops to ultimately make room for MX Records. With the amount of aircraft currently in operation plus future aircraft on order, MX Records is running out of room.
Also, the new MX facility in Boise is about a 25-year lease. Of course, leases can be broken, but the company would owe the remainder of a $20M bond should they ever break their lease. I think that's a pretty huge commitment that the company wouldn't be making if they didn't have the guaranteed need for it well into the future.
