Got it. I was thinking that this was a one-way base swap where a single FA goes to another base for a month. You're right -- in a one-for-one swap, there would be no benefit to management.
That said, I would think it's a much broader and wholesale version of these two pilots swapping single trips off the Swap Board. It that's so bad, why is this OK?
