I left Eagle last year for commuting issues. If you get hired at RAH you are in for a huge culture shock. Eagle is run like a major, and RAH is run just like it was when it was j-balls and had 200 pilots.
That being said, it was absolutely worth it to drive to work. I figured it couldn't hurt to go to the interview to see what would happen. I lucked out, but it was really a win-win for me since I already had a job.
How long before your seat-lock expires? If you stay at Eagle and jump over to the EMJ you could commute fairly easily to LGA or ORD out of PIT.
