Make sure to give yourself a reality check every so often. Don't just memorize the books and check the boxes. Try to read real-life articles, studies, accident reports, etc. Aspire to really learn how to AVIATE!

Situational awareness. Always keep thinking where you are and what's coming next, especially during instrument training.

Remember there's never a flight you HAVE to take in GA and flight training. Be safe.
