You might be new over there, so everything still feels fresh, but after a while you will see the frustration evident in the company because they haven't been able to win any new contracts in quite a while and the "quality reputation" they had when I was hired 10 years ago is gone. That's evident with all of these changes going on in top management.

There are many changes coming. Some good, some bad. The other regionals are biting hard and with the upgrade times being much shorter at many regionals now, SkyWest could have a very difficult retaining and attracting pilots, adding to it's woes.

Time will tell, but it's not going to be plain sailing no matter what announcements are coming.
So you believe the company is just pushing the deck chairs around by expanding MX Records? Ok.

Reputation with our major partners is just fine. That's why we are flying for five different carriers.
