I don't understand how this is bad advice when Mr AK himself has clarified the question and his answer was "yes". I have to admit I know two guys that got hired and both did not list "yes" on the addendum but I know several people on the panel and AK himself have stated a traffic ticket is indeed a violation of the law. I don't know how you could go wrong writing in the remarks "as previously reported". This would at least show that you understand the question and responded with honesty. Ask any of the recruiters and they will tell you the answer is "yes" but I also know guys that have recently been hired and answered no. Their is a reason that after the question is says explain, so why not explain?
It seems pretty harsh to ask if you have a felony and a violation of the law in the same question since these violations couldn't be more different.
