Until there is LEADERSHIP from the top, from NATIONAL crap like this will always happen. ALPA sends in negotiators to facilitate one ALPA carrier taking flying from another ALPA carrier. This is a fractured Union and we can't pretend that there is anything that can be done on an individual airline basis.

We will never win as long as ALPA national is not willing to unite all their carriers and establish a baseline contract for negotiations. Until that day-if that day ever comes-all the STW facebook pages and all the ink on letters won't help any of us. The only thing "movements" such as those accomplish is being mental masturbation and making us feel like we are changing the industry.

You want real change? Kick Lee Moak out for starters. Start demanding and voting on proper leadership from National and push for a standardized contract for all ALPA Regional carriers.
