BTW, what percentage was that $4/hr that was turned down? Your regional airlines pay isn't based on 160 hours per month. The pay structure at Ameriflight is different than airlines where pay is based on flight hours. So you can't really compare a $1.80/unit raise at AMF to a $4/hr raise at a regional airline.

The percentage that voted down the 4$/hr pay raise was 85%!

Yes, it's true that you cannot compare AMF pay to the regional, in fact we can fly no more than 100 hrs a month but we can credit more, it's two different things.
Bottom line you can work less for more money.
As a matter of a fact when I left AMF to go for a regional at the first year i was making 4-500$ more per moths working less days, because of the per diem that is not paid at AMF but it's paid at regionals.
