Perdiem, you're right ours is 1.65 vs yours 1.80. We have sap which means I can pretty much do anything I want with my schedule, and two of my trips this month paid $135/hr with 4 hour min day without working a single off day. 2 weeks of vacation 2nd year, 3 weeks at 7 years, 4 at 10 years
At 7 years, that equals 4% match and 4% company contribution
We can manipulate our schedules with our trading windows as well
