Not the point, the point is your coworker seems to think is ok, because Eagle, Mesa, whatever are ok with it. How you got here is irrelevant, is what you're going to do to change that counts, and he seems to be just fine with it. I certainly hope that's not the attitude of the pilot group as a whole.
