Ok, so year 4 is 3 dollars more. I'm not planning to be an FO by year 8, so anything past 4 is moot. Capt/LCC/Or Mainline by then for me. You are still subsidizing your captains across all acft types with $22 starting pay. It's not just you, it's a problem across board in year 1, even mainline.

Starting my 5th year and still not able to get any interview at LCC or Mainline.
3$ more is at least $3,000 more for the year. But that's ok because by then you will be in mainline.
