Darn right. Have you been to.any job fairs? Networking? Resume Service? Not being facetious, but we have 2 year FOs leaving for LCCs, mainline, and one even went to United. I'd rather do something on the side for the extra $3000, so I can add to my resume/portfolio. Personally, I did a lot of positioning before I came to the regionals, and put away a lot of earnings. Now I'm making that extra money tax-free, iinstead of worrying about a couple grand here or there on the taxable side. Remember friend, mainline is the goal, or LCC if you prefer. The rest of it down here is semantics and infomercials.
