The snapbacks are the protections for the pilots. Most concessions require 4 jet A/C over 60 seats to be placed in service before the concessions take effect. The snapbacks is in the event that the fleet drops below 20 then the pilots will go back to the 2013 contract provisions but will maintain the flow. This TA doesn't guarantee airplanes will arrive, it gives the option to AAG.
